Mariano Gomez Luque

Mariano Gomez Luque is an architect from Argentina and a research fellow at the Urban Theory Lab. At the Harvard Graduate School of Design, he is also a post-doctoral fellow at the Office for Urbanization and the Critical Landscapes Lab, and editor of the New Geographies journal. Mariano’s design research and teaching address the intersections between architecture and planetary urbanization through the lens of Science Fiction studies, with a particular emphasis on the status of architectural form within the cultural imaginaries and extended landscapes of the contemporary urban world. He holds a Doctor of Design degree (2019) and a Master in Architecture (2013) from the Harvard GSD.
